About Us

La Maison de l'Esprit aims to provide high quality treatment that is evidence based and tailored to individual needs. Using a family systems and behavioral therapy approach, La Maison de l'Esprit can help individuals and families learn to communicate more effectively, manage their emotions and address problems related to suicide, self-harm, eating disorders and trauma. We conduct thorough assessments, provide objective measures for tracking progress in treatment and use treatments that are extensively supported by research.

With the goal of providing high quality treatment, La Maison de l'Esprit also believes in training clinicians to increase access to effective treatments. We specialize specifically in consultation to clinicians and teams on how to adapt their treatments for different populations and how to create better environments for clinicians and trainees of color.
